If you haven't received your University card it is most likely because of a wrong address or that PostNord was not able to locate the recipient.
This article shows how you can enter a temporary address.
1. Open Ladok for students, go to My contact information, click Edit and fill in the right address.
2. Order a new card at su.se/newcard.
- If your name is not on the door remember to fill in the c/o field.
- It can take up to 24 hrs before it is updated.
