If you have not recieved University card after order


If you haven't recieved your University card it is most certainly because of a wrong address.
This article shows how you can enter a temporary address.


1. Open Ladok for students, go to My contact information, click Edit and fill in the right address.

2. Order a new card at su.se/newcard.


  • If your name is not on the door remember to fill in the c/o field.
  • It can take up to 24 hrs before it is updated.
